Relentra Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind every piece of gear we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Relentra currently offers returns and exchanges for orders within the United States. If you received the correct order but it's not working out, we're happy to help with a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
What You Can Return
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging, within 30 days of delivery. You're welcome to choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
A few honest guidelines that keep things fair for everyone:
- Items need to come back unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
- We can't accept items covered in animal or human hair, or carrying a scent of smoke, cologne, deodorant, or sweat. We want every returned piece to be something we'd be proud to put back into circulation.
- If an item shows signs of wear, we'll take care of you with store credit rather than a money back refund.
Exchanges
Items that are unworn and unwashed, in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging, within 30 days of delivery can be exchanged.
What's Final Sale
Because hygiene matters in performance apparel, the following are final sale:
- Tri suits, race suits, and swim caps with removed tags.
- Anything marked "Final Sale" or "Sale"
- Items purchased during holiday promotions
Who Pays for Shipping
We keep this simple so there are no surprises:
- Exchanges: we cover both ways. Need a different size or piece? We'll send you a prepaid return label for the original item, and we'll cover shipping on the replacement coming back to you. Exchanges are free.
- Refunds and store credit: you cover return shipping. If you'd like your money back or store credit, the cost of shipping the item back to us is on you.
- Our mistake: we cover everything. If we sent the wrong item or your gear arrived damaged or defective, we pay for shipping in both directions, every time.
How to Start
Email us at support@relentraclothing.com with your order number and a quick note on what's up. We'll send return instructions and get you sorted. Once we receive your item, returns and exchanges are processed within 7 to 10 business days, and we'll email you to confirm.
Wrong Item? We've Got You
If we sent the wrong thing, email support@relentraclothing.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- A photo of the item you received and the packing slip
We'll send a prepaid return label and ship the correct item within 7 to 10 business days, no cost to you.
Damaged or Defective? Same Deal
Our gear is tested through multiple rounds of quality assurance, but if a stitch ever fails you, we'll make it right. Email support@relentraclothing.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Whether you'd like a refund or replacement
- A clear photo on a flat surface showing the defect, with the tag visible
We'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included, and we'll use what you send to make the next run even better.
Sizing Help: Ask Us First
Not sure of your fit? Reach out before you order. We'd much rather get you into the right size up front than process a return. Pre-order fit questions are always welcome.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double check your shipping details at checkout. We can only ship to the address provided.
- We're not able to reship free of charge if an incorrect address was entered, but we know mistakes happen.
- As a one time courtesy, we'll offer 50% off your next order (excluding shipping).
- To claim it, reach out within 14 days of the original delivery attempt. Proof of the incorrect address may be required.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through relentraclothing.com. Items bought through retail partners follow that retailer's return policy.
