Order Processing
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. While we work hard to meet this target, it is a goal and not a guarantee. Processing times may be longer during weekends, holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances outside our control. Orders placed after business hours may begin processing the following business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our facility and is handed off to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Relentra is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We're happy to provide any order or tracking information needed to support your claim, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues.
We strongly recommend ensuring your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Incorrect Addresses
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.
